For online orders, I only accept card payments through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. For in-person orders, you can conveniently pay via contactless card or cash.

The delivery service occurs on the third Monday of every month, where we pick up your empty containers and exchange them for your filled bottles. It’s a great way to stay stocked up on your essentials without leaving home.
I deliver once a month to reduce my carbon footprint and maintain a sustainable business model. This helps ensure efficient deliveries while keeping packaging and fuel consumption to a minimum.
I currently deliver to Gillingham, Strood, Rochester, Chatham, Rainham including surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to contact me for clarification.
Yes! Collection is available by appointment, allowing you to save on delivery costs and reduce environmental impact even further. there are two options available
Drop & Collect: Simply drop off your clean, empty containers at our location at the time of your appointment. We’ll refill them with your chosen products and have them ready for you to pick up at a time that works for you. It’s easy, hassle-free, and perfect if you’re always on the go!
Wait & Refill: For those who prefer to get their refills done quickly, our Wait & Refill service allows you to bring your containers, wait while we refill them, and take them home on the spot. This option is by appointment only, ensuring you get personalized service without the wait.

Yes, I do charge for delivery, which is £5 per order. This fee covers several important aspects:
Fuel and Expenses: A portion of the charge goes towards fuel and associated delivery expenses, ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
Carbon Offset: Another part of the fee is dedicated to offsetting carbon emissions generated during the delivery process, helping to reduce the environmental impact.
Carbon Neutral Fund: Lastly, part of the delivery charge contributes to my Carbon Neutral Fund, which is aimed at saving for an electric milk float for future deliveries and events. This will not only make my delivery process more sustainable but also add a unique and nostalgic touch to your experience.

While it’s not mandatory, I highly encourage you to bring your own containers to help reduce waste. If you don’t have any, I do offer glass reusable containers for a rental fee of £3. Additionally, I have some empty single-use plastic containers available if needed.
You don’t have to buy them! However, I offer reusable glass bottles with a small refundable deposit. Return the bottles, and you’ll get your deposit back, keeping everything as eco-friendly as possible.

It’s advisable to agree on a safe place for your Delivery & Exchange if you won’t be home. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, you have a couple of options:
Collecting Your Order: You can arrange to collect your order from us at a convenient time.
Rescheduling Delivery: Alternatively, you can reschedule your delivery for an additional fee of £2. This fee is charged to help cover carbon offsetting and fuel expenses related to the delivery process.

Yes, I do! You can return your glass bottle for an exchange with a refill, or if you no longer need it, I’ll happily refund your deposit. I also welcome clean, empty plastic containers for reuse in the refilling process.
